NBA Changes All-Star Game Format

The NBA decided on Thursday that the all-star game would be a tribute to Kobe.

The new rule is a strange one, but it is a nice tribute to the late Bryant.

Each quarter will be played for 12 minutes, and the score will be reset to zero each quarter.

The fourth quarter of the game will now be decided by taking the leading teams cumulative  score, and then adding 24 to it. Then both teams will play to that number, and the first one to it will win the game.

I’m not sure if this will be an ongoing tribute, or if this is just something temporary for this season. Either way it is a nice tribute.
